A New Rheological Model for Phosphate Slurry Flows

In this paper, a new rheological model for the flow of phosphate-water suspensions is proposed. The model’s ability to replicate characteristics under different shear rate conditions evaluated using rheometric tests, and it found be in good agreement with experimental data. A comprehensive methodology obtaining parameters presented. proposed then incorporated into OpenFoam numerical code. results demonstrate that capable reproducing behavior phosphate at both low high concentrations by comparing suitable models modeling suspensions. can applied simulate monitor slurry flows industrial applications.
